ALACE submits 2026 pay claim for Chief Executives
The Association of Local Authority Chief Executives and Senior Managers (ALACE) has submitted its 2026 pay claim, calling for the same percentage increase – or equivalent cash amount – as that awarded to staff at the top of the National Joint Council (NJC) pay scale.
This parity has been maintained for the past two years, and ALACE is seeking to ensure it continues in 2026.
