ALACE ANNOUNCES INCREASE IN HOURLY CHARGES

Members in their first 12 months of membership have to pay for the work done by consultants after they have used up their free allowance (which is 4 or 8 hours, depending on whether members joined for a year or two years). £95k CAP (1) – DRAFT REGULATIONS PUBLISHED

The Treasury has today (10 April) published draft regulations, draft guidance and draft directions in respect of the £95k cap on exit payments. ALACE HELPS SECURE GOOD PAY DEAL FOR SCOTTISH STAFF

ALACE has played its part with a coalition of unions that has secured a pay deal worth up to 9.5% for staff of Scottish councils over three years (up to 8.5% for those earning more than £80k).
