ALACE has responded to the offer of 3.5% for chief executives in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. We continue to press for equal treatment in percentage terms with staff at the top of the NJC scale (who have been offered 3.88%). ALACE responds to consultation on annual revaluation date in the Local Government Pension Scheme

ALACE has responded to the very brief consultation by DLUHC on changing the annual revaluation date from 1 April to 6 April. We support this change as it will minimise the risk of excessive annual allowance tax bills for ALACE members in respect of 2022-23.
