CONGRATULATIONS, ROB!
ALACE is delighted that Rob Tinlin, our chairman until he retired in the early part of 2017, has been honoured by Her Majesty the Queen in the New Year’s Honours List. He has been made a Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire for services to local government in Essex.
ALACE would also like to extend warm congratulations to serving members of the Association who have been recognised. We have spotted at least one CBE and one OBE – it is good to see the contribution of colleagues to local government and the places that they serve marked in this way.
